Is DigitalPress really free?

Yes, you can use DigitalPress for free.

In order to support running our service we display advertisement on your site. We pay close attention to the content of ads displayed on your site to make sure it is relevant to your audience.


How do I reset my password?

In case you forgot your password you can go to Forgot password form and request a reset of your password.


How do I use my own theme?

Yes. Our subscriptions offer the option to upload a custom theme.

Open your blog in our web dashboard and navigate to "Custom theme" section. From there you can upload a .zip file with your theme. The theme needs to be compatible with Ghost 2. Afterwards the theme is automatically available in your Ghost dashboard.


Can I use my own domain?

Yes, you can point your domain to your blog. Find your blog in our web dashboard and scroll to section Custom domain. From here you can activate your custom domain.

You will need to configure a CNAME, ANAME or ALIAS DNS record with your DNS provider in order to enable your custom domain. We'll automatically provide you with a free SSL certificate so that your blog can be access through a secure HTTPS connection.


How can I disable my account?

Your account can be disabled from our web dashboard.

Click on your profile picture in the top right and select Account. Your account can be disabled on this screen. Please note that this will disable all your existing blogs and cancel all your subscriptions.


Where do I find my invoice?

Invoices can be found in the billing section in our web dashboard.

Click on your profile picture in the top right and select "Billing". Invoices are available on this screen.


What payment methods do you support?

We support debit cards, credit cards, PayPal and wire transfer. Please contact us in case you'd like to pay via a wire transfer at support@digitalpress.blog.


Do you provide annual subscription?

Yes. Annual subscription gives you 1 month free of charge. Please contact us to purchase annual subscription at support@digitalpress.blog.


Can I run multiple blogs with DigitalPress?

Yes, it's actually easy.

After you're done configuring your existing blog, add a new blog to your account. Blogs are completely separated and don't share data between each other.


Is there any limit on number of users?

No, we don't limit the number of users on your Ghost blog. Feel free to add any number of users you require to publish stories on your blog.


Do you limit number of page views?

No, there is no limit on the number of page views.

If your blog goes viral, we don't want to limit your success by a number of page views. We reserve the right to disable a blog in case we detect a misuse of our platform or resources but legitimate traffic will not cause restrictions being applied to your account.


How is actual storage usage calculated?

Total actual storage usage is calculated as a sum of all images, files and themes you upload to your blog.

Uploaded images are optimized both for desktop and mobile browsers and therefore take more storage than just a single image you just uploaded. As an example - 12mpx picture may have a size of 5MB. After it is uploaded, it's optimized for desktop browsers and mobile browsers. The mobile version may have a size of 1MB. In total such image is counted as 6MB towards the total actual storage usage.


How can I cancel my subscription?

Each blog has its own subscription. If you wish to cancel subscription for one of your blogs you can visit our web dashboard, navigate to your blog and delete the blog.

This will cancel your subscription and remove all blog's data. In case you wish to downgrade to a free version, please send us an email to support@digitalpress.blog and we will work with you to activate a free plan.


Can I upgrade/downgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade and downgrade your subscription at any time. All charges will be prorated and you will be billed only for the actual usage of your subscription. During the order process you will see when your new billing cycle starts.

In case you wish to downgrade to a free version, please send us an email to support@digitalpress.blog and we will work with you to activate a free plan.


Why do you charge VAT?

DigitalPress is a digital product. Laws related to digital goods sold to entities in European union require us to charge VAT rate based on the location of goods consumption. For this reason we are obliged to charge VAT in case you're based in European Union and don't provide a valid VAT number.

You can find the official Ghost blog documentation at ghost.org/faq which explains how to perform basic actions on your Ghost blog.

A community forum is available at forum.ghost.org where you can talk to thousands of other Ghost blog users.
